World Famous and Super Easy Salsa Recipe

2 – 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes (not stewed tomatoes)
1 – 4 oz can of mild green chiles
Less than half a bundle of cilantro
1/4 Cup of lime juice
A bundle of green onions
A clove of Garlic
One jalapeno pepper - gutted (for mild salsa)

Toss the tomatoes, chiles, the usable portion of the green onions, garlic, jalapeno, and squeeze the lime juice into a blender. Fill the rest of the blender with cilantro leaves. Run the blender on low for several seconds until everything is chopped up and blended. Add another round of cilantro leaves until the blender is again full. Run the blender again until everything seems well mixed and chopped. Dip a chip and give it a try. Roll your eyes and utter some sound of ecstasy
